Project Management is the carefully planned and organized effort to accomplish a specific objective. For example, the Project Manager will oversee and coordinate the installation of a new model of self-service kiosk; or organize a refresh of a display in a chain of retail stores; or manage the effort to give new life to a digital sign.

Project management involves developing a project plan, which includes defining and confirming the project goals and objectives, identifying tasks and how goals will be achieved, quantifying the resources needed, and determining budgets and timelines for completion. It also includes managing the implementation of the project plan, along with operating regular controls to ensure that there is accurate and objective information on performance relative to the plan, and the mechanisms to implement recovery actions where necessary.

The Project Manager acts as a hub of operation as he/she pulls together and meshes the ideas, needs, and desires of the different organizations involved with the project including the manufacturer, the supplier, the customer, the transporter, and the installers.
puzzleThe Project Manager becomes an integral cog in a company roll-out at every level of the project including design, planning, site surveys, logistics, and implementation in order to maintain reliable consistency with every aspect and, most of all, to insure success for every party involved. ARS will put the pieces together so that every component works towards the same objective – a successful install.

ARS Services Project Management team works closely with the Manufacturer Project Managers and with Site Location Managers to insure that all aspects of the roll-out and installations meet expectations and requirements of every party.

In addition, the ARS Field Technical staff keeps and maintains a constant awareness of the goals of the project during the implementation phase and into the maintenance phase to insure that field applications fulfill conceptual goals.

It is this combination of expertise and dedication by the entire ARS Services team throughout all aspects of the project that helps to insure every installation reaches it maximized potential.
